The Gable Residence was an existing water front rambler located in Pasedena Md. The project involved a complete first floor and kitchen renovation as well as a one story (stick- built) second level. The addition provided more living space, modernization of bath and kitchen fixtures as well as an improved massing which took advantage of water front views.
